Ron’s former experience is rooted in the sales and marketing segment real estate. He believes in order to understand the value of development property one must know the respective retail home markets. His ability to value and understand the attached and detached new home marketplace greatly enhances his ability to value and articulate property features to both buyers and sellers. His 12 years at a regional residential firm and three years as Vice President of the Ryness Northwest Land Division helped uncover a niche in the marketplace which led to the opening of Branch Marketing Group in 2009.
Ron’s long standing relationships with national home builders as well as local Western Washington builders and property owners is the core of value he brings to the table. Integrity and honesty is fundamental to all work provided by BMG.
