Liberty Meadows has plat approval for 47 single family lots and is currently under
construction. Estimated completion is slated for April 2016 with plat recording 
to follow.

The plat will create 47 single family lots ranging from 6200-8102sf with an average
lot size of 6497sf.The plat will be delivered upon final recording with the City
of Enumclaw. A great number of homesites will have views of the Cascade Mountains
as well as Mt. Rainier. Liberty Meadows is also conveniently located near the Enumclaw
elementary, middle and high school grounds.
